Q Are generators allowed?A Yes, we would much prefer that you take advantage of more reliable and sustainable charging options - power banks and solar energy. Q Are there refunds?A Purchasing an event pass for Cousins Campout is non-refundable, however, you may transfer it to someone else if you're unable to attend. In order to make the transfer, please send an email to info@CousinsCampout.fun containing your name, the name of the person receiving the pass, and their email address. There is $45 change fee . Q What is the address/location of Cousin’s Campout?A The exact address will be provided via email/text to all guests without an outstanding balance three (4) weeks prior to the event. The event is located 15-20 minutes away from the North entrance to Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Parks in Pinehurst; if this city does not populate in your search, try Miramonte, which is located nearby in Fresno County Mountains. Make sure to plan accordingly so you don't miss out on all the fun! Q Can we bbq and/or cook at our campsite? A Absolutely!! Q What is the nearest airport to Cousin's Camp?A Fresno Yosemite International Airport Q Are there any RV slots?A Yes, there are RV spaces, however they are limited. They are all dry dock. Q I am new to camping. What do I do, and can I come alone?A This is the perfect opportunity to get to know your new camp cousins! Q Are meals included?A The only meals provided are Thursday's night Fish and Chicken Fry and we offer continental breakfast daily! We do out meals plans and food truc services. However, feel free to cook at your site. Q Are bonfires allowed?A Technically no, setting trash on fire is not allowed in Fresno Co. according to regulations. Outdoor fires are restricted to cooking purposes only.

Q Can I pay the campground directly?A We currently have control of the full 11 acres campground. Since Cousins Campout is implementing strict regulation of wristbands.
Losing your wristband comes with a $100 replacement fee. While it is possible to have a damaged band, to acquire a new one at no additional charge if one breaks, please notify a Cousins Campout Staff with the damaged wristband. Should you remove or maliciously tamper with your wristband, a $100 fee will be applied for a replacement." Q Is there a payment plan available?A Once you have paid your deposit, the registration process will calculate your remaining balance and divide that into monthly payments, with the final payment due on May 1, 2025. Q What is your refund policy?A It's important to note that all deposits are non-refundable or transferable. Payments after deposit is made is no refundable, it is transferable. To transfer the payments to another person, there is a change fee of $45. Alternatively, you may choose to save the payments towards another adventure with Hey Cousin, inc. adventure. Q Are kids allowed.A Cousins Campout Weekend is the perfect destination for an adult-only getaway. All guests must be 21 years of age or older, so you can be sure that the weekend is focused on fun and relaxation for adults. You'll be able to make memories with friends, reconnect with family, and create fun experiences away from the everyday hustle and bustle. I recommend checking out Pinehurst Califonrnia Cabins which is up the road from the campground.. You may also like to have a RV or Trailer delivered. RV Share and Outdoorsy and arrange for it to be delivered. Work with us before you solidifying the rental to make sure there is room for a RV, and we cannot accept delivery before you arrive. We do not want to take the liable." Q Can I bring my pet?A It is important to note that no animals are allowed at this event to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all attendees. Q Can I bring my [electric] bike or ATV?A Yes, just be respectful of any dust around campgrounds. Q Can I bring a BBQ grill?A Absolutely yes. Q What are the check-in times?A Check-in starts at 11:00 am and ends at 6:00 pm. If you arrive after 6:00 pm, the area might be too dark for you to pitch your tent.
